WUME was founded by Dr. Jessica Wu, a Harvard-trained dermatologist with twenty-five years of practice in Beverly Hills. She continues to lead the collective and personally hand-selects every WUME physician.

Most private practices coordinate care through referral. WUME coordinates care through daily collaboration. Physicians review information collectively, refine plans together, and hold each other accountable to a shared standard. The result is a plan that reflects the room, not a single specialist.

Signature Pathways are structured, physician-led care plans mapped across a clear timeline. Each begins with a comprehensive assessment, followed by a coordinated plan of treatments, specialist collaboration, and ongoing measurement. Pathways are optional; many patients continue in ongoing care exactly as they have.

No. Many patients begin with ongoing care and never enter a pathway. Pathways exist for those who want a more structured, longer-term plan around a specific goal — for example, a wedding, perimenopause, or a metabolic-recomposition protocol.

Yes. Care at WUME evolves. Patients move between ongoing care and Signature Pathways as their goals and life stages change.

Our concierge team reviews your inquiry, contacts you to discuss your goals and priorities, and matches you with a WUME physician for a comprehensive assessment. The full sequence typically unfolds across a few short conversations.

No mandatory membership fee. WUME operates on a fee-for-service model, with full payment collected at the time of visit.

WUME is located at 433 N Camden Drive, Suite 620, Beverly Hills, California 90210. Office hours and visit scheduling are concierge-coordinated.

Complimentary valet is available in the building. A public parking lot across the street offers free parking for the first hour. Metered street parking is also available.

A list of your current medications and supplements, and your current skincare and cosmetic products for ingredient review. We will ask about your priorities and goals during the comprehensive assessment.

WUME operates as an out-of-network practice, unconstrained by insurance models, guided solely by clinical judgment, and structured for long-term outcomes. Reimbursement documentation is available for medical-condition treatments.

Full payment is collected at the time of visit. Card on file is supported for established patients.

A 24-hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Concierge support can assist with rescheduling.
